As I am reading about chicken diseases and illnesses, I've come across info on Marek's.

Its says that grey eyes(iris) are a sign/symptom.

EVERY one of my chicks(3-4weeks) have grey eyes.

Does this mean they have Marek's?

I don't think you have anything to be worried about!

where did you hear that gray eyes were a symptom?

usually it's with older birds that start to show a cast of gray..
and the eyes also look odd and misshapen..

unless your chicks are acting drunk or paralyzed..
(other things can cause that too)

I wouldn't worry about it.

Grey eyes are a sign of Mareks.... I was worried about this for a couple days with one of my hens, but then I realized that she was just blind because her eye lid was messed up....
Oh well,
Jason

Gray eye occurs in breeds with reddish eyes. Chicks usually start out with a gray color eye and as they grow it changes colors. All my White OE babies have blue eyes right now, but as they get older they change to orange... it's really weird. Plus Marek's doesn't affect chicks. You're safe, no need to worry.
