Grey Peacock pheasant sounds...

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on the sounds/noises that Grey Peacock Pheasants make, particularly during breeding season? I'm aware (really, really aware

) of the screech of the Golden during the breeding season (and Amherst) so anything in comparison to "that" sound would be greatly appreciated. I've searched for video or audio links to no avail, so if anyone has that I would love to (hear) it!

Sounds like a louder bobwhite quail call.

They have two sounds........kind of a purring (but louder) LOL, gonna have to go listen to see if I can get a better description.

Boy I stink at this. I can say its a nice sound, and compeltely different than all the other pheasants. LOL

Sounds like its relatively "wild" sounding and reasonably non-offensive (?)......as compared to the Golden or LA screech

Just getting prepared for my new pair this fall.​
