So , I just found one of my hens and her comb and waddle is pinkish/grey. I have given her a worm pill but that was just today. She does feel thin. She is not out and about, she is just resting in the coop. What could be wrong other than worms/parasites? What can I do to save her if anything?

Does she lay eggs? Have you seen any soft or shell-less eggs. Do you have any pictures of her? How do the others treat her? What is the name of the worm medicine?
I think she’s possible 3-4 yrs old, not molting, others are fine with her. It’s wormazole. Not sure on spelling.

Best I can find, Wormazole is albendazole, so if dosing is correct it's a very good wormer. Some of the products that come up are questionable on dosing since they don't really say how much is in each pill, however.
Do you know when she last laid, and has she ever laid abnormal eggs? Is she still looking lethargic today? At 4 -5 years old reproductive problems are not uncommon. A pale comb can be just from going out of lay for the winter (hormones dropping), but the lethargy would suggest more.
