Grit freezing

Has anybody else have this problem, grit freezing? It seems strange I know, but it all sticks together in my dish. No water in dish either.

Has anybody else have this problem, grit freezing? It seems strange I know, but it all sticks together in my dish. No water in dish either.

It might just be from the humidity on the air..... or a bit of snow getting blown on it.....

But, if it is freezing into a clump, it has to be getting some moisture from something.

That is what I figured to. Idk, maybe I 'll put it in a different area. It is about 0 degrees here. It doesn't freeze when it's only 20 degrees. I don't get it.
