My ducklings are 3 weeks old when should I start giving them grit? It seems big also I know nothing about it how do I give it to them till they are outside ?

You can get chick grit that is nice and small. I think you are supposed to leave it in a separate bowl for them to help themselves when needed, although it may be advised to sprinkle on food while they are young to make sure they are getting it, @Miss Lydia which is the way to do it?
You also should provide grit for a few days before you offer treats or anything other than their normal crumble food.
If the weather is warm enough they could go outside, fully supervised, for a little bit each day now.

When feeding anything other than their starter feed they need grit to be able to grind it up [no teeth to chew] lol so be sure to get them chick grit to start off with.

So should ducklings always have grit available until they are living outside? And when can they start eating it, as soon as they hatch? :) thanks
