Grogel vs. Poly Vitamins - that's my question

I have read on many posts that Grogel and electrolytes should be given for a short period of time to chicks that have been shipped. My question is I have Poly Vitamins here for the chicks when they need it. In this case, would I still need to purchase some Grogel when I order the chicks? I want to give them all the benefits I can, I just don't want to overload their systems and make the beneficial things toxic. Thanks in advance.

By Poly Vitamins, do you mean human baby vitamins ? If so, don't give them to the chicks for regular vitamins & electrolytes. You can order some Grogel or purchase some poultry V&E at a feed store or Tractor Supply.
