**Gross Pictures** What is wrong with this chicken?

I have a white chicken who has had a dirty bottom since I bought her back in December. I just thought some chickens might have dirty bottoms or maybe it was because she was white, but the more I look at all of them, everyone else looks very clean back there.

I caught her, and washed her, and hoped that would help, but it looks gross again. Is this an illness? She stopped laying eggs a few months after we got her. My boss said they were not all young, so I thought maybe she was just done laying.

She still eats and drinks, but she does waddle when she walks.

It appears to be vent gleet, and most likely ascites aka waterbelly. Vent gleet can be treated. However, waterbelly requires continuous draining of fluid from her abdomen and there isnt a cure. It might be in your best interest to cull her.
