Has the lump gone away from her crop? If it's still there, it certainly could be impacted.
How does her abdomen feel?
Is she still *drinking?* If she has stopped drinking water, you will need to tube her to keep her hydrated. Search for "Go Team Tube Feeding" at the top of the forum for more information from casportpony.
