Ground chicken breasts

I don't have the recipe, as I bought it from another local farm. I'm going to try to make my own the next time we have any ground birds. I'll let you know if I find a good recipe. I'd think it would be worth a try making it out of pork sausage seasoning. I know you can buy that prepackaged in alot of grocery stores.
