In our area of Washington I have to contact the tree trimming companies directly (the city/county contracts directly with contractors). They want enough space that they can dump a huge truckload. You'll have to figure out what it's like in your area.

Ditto the wood chippings.
Can be hard to find and best if you have a place to dump a whole load of them.
