Your tractor is mobile correct?
If it is you could try mounting a ground rod to the handle side. Insulate it and make sure about 6 inches sticks out past the bottom. When you move it the rod will sink giving you a ground. If you have tools and such, weld a bar in the shape of a " F " that way you can you the bottom as a step in and the top as a pull handle. After you move the tractor make sure you dump some water on the rod. That should give you plenty of juice for a deterrent.
That's the best I can come up with, other than electrified poultry netting.
