I just stick to Grower or All Flock. Don't have to sweat all the warnings and age or gender charts. My mixed flock of layers, roosters, chicks of assorted ages and freeloaders did great on it. I had a separate container of oyster shell for the layers. Oh, sure the others would go over and sample a bit of it, but the layers seem to know when they needed it and used it the most.
Calcium is primarily cumulative. That means that a nibble of oyster shell, egg shells, or even a couple of days of all of them getting layer in a pinch isn't going to make the chicks and/or roosters keel over dead at the feeder. But ya can't keep 'em out of each other's food pans anyway, so why go through the expense and hassle of this food for this group, that food for that group, and having apoplexy if the charts aren't followed! They'll give you enough things to worry about as you raise them....you can take that one off your list if you want!
