Grower vs All flock - what is better for mixed flock?

Thank you all for feedback! I guess I'll stick with this Blue Seal for now and see how they do on it, it's only been a couple weeks thus far.

Usually grower is lower protein than an all flock.

Are you sure? The grower I see in TSC is all 20%. Maybe different brands depending on what chain?

At my store, the purina all-flock is $26 per 50 lbs, and the Dumor Grower is $20 per 50 lbs. The labels read the same and I've gotten the all-flock before only to find it looks and smells exactly the same (down to the crumble size) which makes me think that in this region they are milled at the same place.

Nope, why I said "usually" and why I suggest to learn to read the detailed nutrient labels.
