Grower vs Layer

I have one girl that has started laying eggs but the other 10 have a couple weeks to go. My question is can I introduce layer feed now. My thoughts are that it would be fine but wanted to ask the pro's.... Thanks..

Well, I'm not really a pro since I've only had chickens for 1 1/2 years, but I would go ahead and feed them all layer feed. I heard that you can start hens on layer feed as young as 4 months old.

Layer feed can be given after about 16 weeks.
