Growing faster

Is there any way to get coturnix quail to grow more rapidly?
I am moving soon and can't take them with me. I was hoping they would be ready to butcher in time, but I'm thinking that without a little extra "help" I'll be eating nothing but bones if I do so.

They're on 24% protein feed. Will more protein make them grow faster? Extra vitamins? More or less light? Are there any products designed specifically to promote fast growth?

ahh I dont think so to be honest they already grow fast enough as it is I wish I could help ya there but I can't think of a way your protien could be upped but i really dont htink that will make them speed up any, just make them plumper when they are old enough to be i'd assume

Where do you live and where are you moving? Maybe someone could help you out by housing your birds in exchange for a few of them, or something along those lines.
