Growing peppers!

Those peppers look great! I'm growing some too... Jalapeno, cayenne, ancho, sweet bell, habanero and some kind of long mexican pepper (forgot the name lol)
So far the jalapenos are the only ones that are growing peppers, but the other ones do have flowers. heres a pic that I took today of one of the jalapenos growing...

I have all of my jalapeno plants in a flower bed along the chicken run. You can kind of see in the picture above. They do REALLY well there, I guess they get plenty of fertilizer

Just a quick note, to all who asked about how to apply after plants are already in. Methods may vary, but what I do is dig a tiny trench in the soil with my finger about an inch deep and a couple inches in length on two sides, about an inch away from the main stem of the plant, I use about a teaspoon or so of the bone meal in each trench, cover with soil, then water in. I do this two or three times over the course of the season. Probably better to mix in with the soil, but I always forget when i'm tilling

I don't know that they need as much as is advertised on the bag, my small bag of bone meal has lasted two seasons already and there's still some left.
