Growth, hernia or tumor?? (Graphic Pic's)

Can someone please help me, I'm at a loss & don't have any vet help in my rural area. One of my 3 yr old hens has this protrusion I first thought was a prolapse but is actually coming off the side of the Vagina/Cloaca. Cloaca is clear & she is still laying, eating, pooping & drinking.

I see an prolapse, but am not sure of the cyst next to the prolapse. Will it separate from the prolapse? I would apply honey, sugar paste, or hydrocortisone cream, even vaseline to keep the prolapse and cyst moist and from drying out. Is she pooping? I will check back in the am.

The prolapse will stay in for the most part just the "cyst" stays out. It's heavily connected almost an encapsulation? I will see if I can get better pic's or even a video. Have been spraying with Vetericyn and trying to keep most with vaseline. To me it looks almost like a hernia, just an observation on my part. Thank you for responding very much appreciate.

Could you take another picture without your fingers in the way? Is it hanging by a small thread of tissue? I’m wondering if it is some small abnormal egg, lash egg, or if it is part of the bowel.

No it does not have an opening.
