growth on chicken beak

I hatched this black bantam chicken in an incubator back in March. He has this growth on his beak that looks like a wart. I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. I have searched the internet with no success. I would like to insert a picture of it, but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know what to tell ya about the growth on your chickens beak.Maybe someone else can offer advice.

One of my pullets has a wart too. I'm calling her Nanny Ogg for now, but I'm wondering if I should be doing something about it. It's getting bigger and going from beak color to black, but it does not seem to bother her. Any suggestions?
