Growth on chicks

My three lavender orpingtons are about 3 or 4 weeks old. They all have growths on their beaks or faces. One has one eye completely occluded. I will add a picture or two. If anyone has a clue about this I will appreciate their information.

Thank you, did some extra research and discovered the diff btwn wet and dry. This is dry. Whew!

It'll clear up leaving the birds immune which is nice.
