Growth on hens rectum.

Have a hen with a growth on what looks to be her rectum. The exposed part is hard and when she tries to poop it exposes a raw spot and comes out further. She doesn't seem.to be hurting and she's eating and acting normal. What could this be? Any help is greatly appreciated!
