Growth on neck

This is my 3 week old chick. I noticed a red bump that looks like a skin tag, it sticks straight out. There is also a black bump. It's flat and raised. It sort of feels like a hard scab or mole. Neither bump is being pecked by any of the other chicks.

Can you tell if he is in pain? It does look a little bit like some sort of mole.. but I didn't think chickens got moles.

He doesn't appear to be in pain, he eats and drinks pretty well. I do have a chick that chirps all the time, I suspect it's him.

If he seems ok, I wouldn't worry to much. If his condition does worsen though, you may want too post this in the emergencies section. You also may try adding a special chicken vitamin supplement to his water to boost his immune system.
