Growth on Quail Wing

Hey everyone. I’ve had my quail since July and have had no health issues whatsoever up until I noticed this growth on one of them. Anyone know what it could possibly be? Also, if anyone would know of any remedies I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

How does the area feel, hard, watery, like air, soft? Warm, or cold?

It could be a tumor, cyst, trauma-related, or some sort of localized infection. It's hard to narrow down exactly what it might be, without at least a basic description of the physical findings on the mass.
