Growth or normal?

We are in our 4th incubating hatch and have never seen this on a chick. It is just minutes old. Will it subside or be absorbed or is something wrong?

Hopefully it will be absorbed as the chick dries.

Put it in a cup in the incubator with paper towel and keep the humidity high
