Growth or scab on 3.5 week old chick’s neck

My three and a half week old chick has some sort of a black growth or scab. The other chicks pick at it. At first I thought it was its wattle because it was red but I think it was bleeding. The chick’s behavior is completely normal (very active, eating and drinking). I’m not sure about its poop - I haven’t seen any weird poop but we have 10 chicks. Does anyone know what this is and if I need to do anything?

Edit: It’s an ameraucana - Rhode Island Red mix in case that’s helpful…

I haven’t seen that before. I wonder if it is some sort of skin tag, or if it could have some silky genes? I would watch it to see if it grows.
