? Growths around eye or upper respiratory related?

Thanks for your help, was able to get Tylan from my vet & began medicating last night. She has continued to eat & drink more normally along with standing up more & no longer holding her head to the ground. The lesions seemed better this morning but this afternoon I've noticed another lump more towards her neck arising. I spoke with the vet about swabbing the lesions to send in for testing, anyone delt with this method before?

Not sure whats going on with the lesions, but give the Tylan a few days and see if it stops the lesions from appearing. Please keep us informed.
