Yay!!!!! I got one lonely egg today and it's kind of odd the younges of my hens layed it. I bought a mix last summer at the feed store all were polish out of the five but two both black . Well when the rain's came I lost all the polish and the male black and white chicken. So I had a yellow legged black chicken with white spots turns out I think she is an anicona. She is the only chicken in my pen that can lay a white eggs all others are brown egg layers ( slw, JG, RiR) so it has to be her !! I am so proud of her! Hopefully all the others will follow after her!!

Well I noticed it was daylight about an hour earlier this morning so the eggs should be coming soon from my chickens. I had two runner duck eggs this morning FIRST ONE'S OF THE SEASON!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo happy they just layed them at the edge of the coop so I am going to have to watch where I walk when I go in there in the mornings. I also have guineas's that should lay soon and they too will probly put em right on the ground.
