GRRR Where's me babies

Yay! Glad they finally made it! Loosing 3 isn't too bad, it could've been a lot worse, and Meyer will like give you a refund or credit towards a future purchase for the DOAs.

Enjoy your fuzzy butts!

Now the fun begins trying to figure out who is who and what breed. I seem to have gotten at of chipmunks and buffs of assorted types and a splotchy faced one

Actually other varieties besides Easter Eggers can be chipmunk looking as young chicks. And Easter Eggers don't always have to be chipmunk.

This is Agatha as a chick, yellow with charcoal smudges on her head and back -

And this is Agatha all grown up.

This little gray fella was Scout as a chick -

And this is that little gray dude as an adult Easter Egger.

Glad your chicks (most of them) made it safely! It can be a real nail-biter, can't it?

Woohooo!

So glad that everything worked out and your chicks arrived safely (for the most part). Sounds like Meyers really knows there stuff. A heat pad?! Awesome! Your chicks were put into the right hands. Can you get a pic of the one with splotches on its face? It sounds cute! I too have had Easter Eggers that don't look like feathered chipmunks. I have had two that were really pale yellow (Lemondrop/Angel and Honey). I can't get any pics, sorry. I also had one that was dark brownish grey (Dusty) and one who didn't have muffs (Sparkle). All so adorable!
Have fun with your peeps!
