Guess my breed!

We were at an auction yesterday and picked up some new ladies for our flock. When the lot came up they said "jersey giants" however I haven't ever seen giants that looked like this. That being said, there was also a blue egg in another lot of the same breed , but they don't really look like caunas either.

They are gorgeous birds,but stumped as to breed.

P.s introducing new birds is stressful

Welcome to BYC. They are probably golden laced Wyandottes - definitely not Jersey Giants.

ok, that's what I was thinking when I got back and did some research. Great thing about it is, they went for Jersey Giant prices so that was good.

Just to throw it out there,my Wyandottes are amazing layers.
