Guess on gender of this frizzle

I thought this one would be a hen, but it has the personality of a roo. It’s about 9 weeks old, and I let it out to interact with my older flock. It pulled all its neck feathers forward and stood tall and bumped my adult hen the way a roo would

It’s cute but it screeeeeches when it’s picked up and bites… despite being handled a lot since I got it.
