Guess rare breed chick from Privett Hatchery

Found this little one at the local Feed Store. I know what I hope she is... but I want to know what you more experienced chicken people think!

How can you tell the difference between Dutch and Japanese?

I thought it looked pretty big for a bantam unless your hand is quite small. Of what I've had personally, it looks most like a Welsummer, but I know there are many kinds of "chipmunk" chicks.

Dutch bantams can look like old english sometimes too though.... I'd say either but I agree about the size! It's too big for a Dutchie.

dutch have the slate legs, oegb don't.
