Guess the breed-Chicken

Can anyone help me with the breed of this one? She is extremely flighty, and very small, we know she is a mix but of what is whats stumping us (the lady we got her from said she was 2 months - but she still has fluff around her neck so im suspecting 4 weeks)

i was looking at red hampshire, cause the colouring is very similar.
But she is so tiny, she's as big if not smaller than a dove or pigeon.

The lady we got her from said she was 2 months, but she still has fluff around her neck so im guessing 4-5 weeks?
