I got a response back from that "professional CD Breed analyzer" LOL

Lily is gorgeous! There is a lot of primitive dog in her and she certainly looks like that might be a lot of CD/AD - please call her a CD/AD Cousin! She breeds CD's too. Here is her info on feeding your puppy if you get one from her.

Food: Pedigree - dry puppy food - in a little bowl all the time with her water bowl and Alpo canned food - meat and gravy – one can a day at first divided into three little meals with table scraps cut in tiny pieces and mixed makes dog food much better!

Sprinkle a tea spoon full of powdered Puppy Milk Substitute on her "lunch" every day until she is about 5 months old. You can buy a can of it at the Pet Store.
