Actually the first looks like a Brittany Spaniel and the 2nd looks like Springer Spaniel (based on the ears)

First could be small musterlander or Drentsche Patrijshond. But the head in the second is off for either, looks like a cross between a sm and es?

that's what I was thinking. Those two dogs don't look like they are the same breed. muzzle shapes and ears look different.

Assuming it is the same breed, then it has to be a landrace type of breed. AKA form is second to function.
