Over 10 years ago I rescued her from a shelter. She was 3 months old. They told me she was a doberman/chow x. I see shepherd for sure but nothing else perfectly fits. She could be a mutt, not just a crossbred. I may never actually know for sure but it is always fun to guess

awww I am sorry to hear that. "Lily" has been in many close calls, not with cars so much but with everything in general. She's a Lucky dog.
