I was looking for Keltenbracke originally, but after searching a bit, I found they are as close as I can tell in the same family as the Tyrolea Hound (aka Tirolear), an Austrian breed.

BUT there is a site that was pointed out to me on a pm that shows this same picture listed under the Hanoverian Hound family.
