. I knew you'd get this one! It is indeed a long haired American Bulldog. Apparently the long hair gene is recessive and when two parents carrying it breed some of the offspring end up with long hair. Though it's against the standard they are still pure bred specimens

I found that same picture but flipped on a sight called Mammut Dogs. There is a long-haired Rottie too on that one.
