Guess the sex: 4 week old pure white Belgian D’Uccles

I’ve never had an issue identifying D’Uccles before, but this group of four is stumping me. They’re hatchery birds, so maybe that’s why!

Any guesses?

Another week or two and you should be able to tell more. Generally males will get a pink than red comb by 5-6 weeks of age.

In my opinion, they’re all pullets. D’Uccles mature pretty quickly, and I’d expect more red at this point if they’re cockerels.

That’s what I thought too, but I doubted my luck. I can usually tell by now as I’ve hatched several other coloured D’Uccles! I’ll post in another week or so.
