Hi all, back with another question. I got a silkie from a hatchery but I picked him out by hand and wasn't told his color. I was hoping for splash but now I have no idea what color he is.

I agree, he does look similar to Columbian.

I've seen these popping up out of gray breedings and the breeders refer to them as columbian gray. He's probably on a similar base to a gray (which is close to a silver based partridge) but with the addition of columbian like restrictors that restrict the black pigment to certain areas like the tail, wingtips and hackles. He is a very pretty boy!
