I've asked around to some friends and we're stumped!
It's not a type of Leghorn.
Standard size.
I think it's pretty apparent that it is a cockerel.
About 3-4 weeks old.

Single comb, yellow legs, can't tell the lobe color yet obviously.
Slow to feather in. White chick, but has some dark on the feathers.

Name that breed! (Oh and it is hatchery stock, but it won't be a mixed breed. It's from Ideal)

Maybe a delaware?

Most likely a Delaware.

Delawares just have the black around the neck, not on the wings. This one has it on the wings, tail and what's starting to come in on the back.
Thanks for trying to help though!

Actually you know what???
I have only seen Delaware hens.
I looked at a Delaware rooster and some of them have the black on the wings and the tail is all barred.
So I think you guys are right!

Thank you!

Hatchery quality birds with the columbian pattern often have some black leakage on the wings, and young birds have a bit more black on them sometimes, too, until they get their adult plumage :D.
