Babies hatched.....here's the stats for this one.
Started with 16
Candled day 10 - 1 bad, 1 not developing
Hatcher day 18 - 14 in, all moving
Hatched out day 22 - 1 didn't get out, didn't absorb yolk
1 tried getting out - same yolk problem
12 out and moving around, 1 is iffy gonna give it more time to dry and strengthen up
total - 7 blacks, 6 good
5 lavenders, 4 good
2 mottled, 1 good

Can I join in? I sent 6 of my Buff Brahma eggs 5 days ago. I candled today and all 6 are fertile and kickin'!

Sorry for dropping out in the beginning guys, My styrofoam incubator got knocked off the table by my cat and broke.

Luckily for me though, I found STEEL incubator in someone's trash that I was able to fix up, so count me back in!!!!!!

So, I come home from work and I have 2 of MY own silkie chicks...3 more eggs are pipped that I can see...whohoo!!

Update - My iffy chick is a fighter. I cleaned it up this morning, it was covered in yolk and all crusty but peeping it's fool head off. Hopefully it will survive. It's smaller than everyone else. So of the 14 in the incubator, and the 13 that hatched all 13 of them are still going! We shall see how the littlest one does.........

I candled my eggs today. (Day 7) I have development!!!! I am trying to hatch Blue Orp x RIR crosses from my flock.
