Guess what I found this morning! (Egg pic added)

I had become convinced that my EE hens were laying brown eggs and was about to post them for sale as laying hens. I have been getting 4-5 eggs a day from 13 hens and the number has been increasing. of those 13, four are EE's so I figured that they were laying brown eggs. I checked this morning and saw an EE on the nest so I waited to see what she left behind and.......














She laid a green egg! My four year old is so excited! Looks like I am too!

Now I dont need to guess you should have made everyone guess then tell us after 2 or 3 thousand posts

P.S. I was gonna guess a Weiner dog (I guess I would have been wrong)

I love my green eggs!!! I still have one EE that's not laying....I can't wait to find three green eggs some day!!!

This means I won't have to start over with new chicks so that I can raise some EE's to go with my EE roo- I can just use the ones I have.
