Guess what I heard on the 4th of July.....

by Buttercup rooster crowing. It is his first day crowing and he is so funny. I named him Independence in honor of today!

I picked him up at the feed store on March 21st, and he was suppose to be a pullet! Oh well, I have missed the sound of the rooster!

Love the name! Could call him "Indy" for short. I love crowing, too.

Oh, thats just cool. We gave away our banty roo today, but we have one thats 6 weeks old. I can't wait for him to crow.
Independance.. I like that name. Very fitting!
