Should I cross these on other colors or just to barreds????


Wonder what I would get if I crossed them on the cross from my Houdan and Cochin/Orp mix

I saw that pair, they look really good. I'd breed them to their own color, but if the males start getting too light or too brassy breed a real nice solid black cochin into them. Congrats on your new purchase.

I have a really nice Black Hen. Also a Black Rooster, Splash Hen and a Super Nice Splash Cockerel.

I figured they needed to stay together. I have a new 5 month laced at my house that I can't wait to see after work today and a Surprise Cochin chick too.
