That is not it either.
Look under Leghorn on the breed page. It is there as a mixed breed.

It looks like an Ideal hybrid of the White Leghorn, which is a mix of different strains of high production layers. It's not "pure" but they do look a lot like a pure White Leghorn. Oh, and it's a hen judging by the comb flop.
