Guess what my ducklings do?

My ducklings kept trying to climb up me to my neck and I kept pulling them back down but when I finally decided to let them just to see what they wanted they went to the back of my neck and layed there. They would go up under my ponytail and one even stuck its head through my hair so it couldn't see it. Is this normal behavior or do I just have the sweetest, cutest ducks??

Its warm up there..and it may simulate what it would feel like to be sitting under a mother duck. Lots of my ducklings have done that an since I have very long hair- I sometimes need help removing them again. I really love it when they do that - and of course if one is up there...my hands are free for holding other ducklings.

my ducklings did that too (well other than the ponytail... i have short hair. hehe). Just be careful - within a couple weeks, their claws with slice up your skin as they try climbing up your. I learned that one the hard way.

Mine would ride around on my husband's shoulders. They liked to preen his hair and ears. Our full grown muscovy will still take rides on his shoulder if we let her.
