Bluebonnets are all over the pastures right now. I love how my dogs look as they run through them . . . it's a breathtaking sight. I just wish I had better camera skills.

Max is cute! Rook just looks funny if I try to take a shot of him head on.

The white one, Jeff, is a Westie, and I had had him for three years when my SO decided he needed a dog of his own. He was trying to decide between a great dane or a scottie . . . I love great danes, but I'm glad he picked Rook. When I take them out I look like a walking commercial for Scottish whiskey.

Well withteh BlueBonnet being the Texas state flower it is against the law to try to grow it in any other state. My Aunt took some seeds to California and tried to grow them there and was told that it was against the law and they confiscated teh plants she was growing...I am from Texas originally and have been in Kansas for almost 16 yrs and still miss the Blue Bonnets and Indian Paintbrush...here its Sunflowers all over and yes I love them but home is where the heart is and youmight be able to take me out of Texas but you cant take Texas out of me...the dogs looks great playing in the flowers...wish we had that wether here...
