Either the hatchery or the PO lost my chick order!!!!!

x google (100 zeros). Well I ordered 28 chicks from Ideal (12 of which were for my BFF's B DAY TODAY) and either they are lost, arriving tomorrow, or the PO didnt ship them till today or tomorrow!!!!!!. So im basically probably going to,if the order comes in, find a box full of 28 dead baby chicks..... I need a hug

OK the update. Thank fully the PO made a GOOD mistake. They arrived around 12:30. I will post pics when the pictures load on my camera chip. PHEW...although now my mom is ranting and raving becuz she called 4 places in TX including the hatchery, and the two PO's in town. Turns out that the dude at the main PO just didnt happen to hear them

. So here I was expecting a box full of dead chicks and to ruin my friend birthday and it all turns out perfectly FINE

Im happy but ticked off too. Oh well their here and happy. Mine and my BFF's b day chicks.

The retarded thing, though, is that they apparently "didnt ship becuz of heat" but when I opened the box I counted 2 packing peanuts on my side (originally 16 chicks) and 3 on her side (originally 12 chicks). So why the heck did they add packing peanuts for warmth if it was apparently 105 degrees out there???
