Guesses on breed??

I picked this out of the bantam assortment bin at TSC.
It's not a bantam as it is very large and larger then my marans, leghorns, and comets.

Which I told TSC that when I saw them, she said I'm not the first to say that.
So with that being said I'm really stumped as to what this little guy may be.

He's 4 1/2 weeks. Yellowish legs and straighcomb..

Would it be possible to get a closer up pic of that bird showing a front head view showing better detail of the comb and head and a full head to end of tail side view showing legs too? Both pics right now don't show much detail. I'm not convinced it's an EE becuase I'm not seeing any puffy beard or muff coming in and can't see leg color and comb either.
