Guessing OEB?

Got a chick from a friend of mine that he picked up at Atwoods. Its about 4 weeks old. Everyone seems to agree its likely a hen. I'm still learning different breeds but she looks like maybe an OEB? She's getting some tiny white spots on some feathers. She's spunky and full of attitude. I know there's a good chance she's a mutt but I'm curious to see what ya'll think Any help is much appreciated!
