Hello everyone, I have 2 male guineas living with my chickens so they have each chosen which chicken hens belong to them and stick by them allll day long. So the other day I saw one of the guineas breed my blue egger. I have read that this IS possible but normally it’s a chicken rooster breeding a Guinea hen. I have multiple blue laying chickens so I’m not sure which specific egg she lays but I just put a bunch of blue eggs under my broody hen so we’ll see what happens. Has anyone ever had a guin-hen before? I would love to see pictures if so

It is extremely rare for a guinea/chicken hybrid to make it to hatch day, much less to successfully hatch and grow to adulthood.
If what little I've heard is accurate, they are also most often sterile.
All in all, the hybrid is unstable and fragile.
